Feeling better starts here!

Nice to Meet You!

Hello, I'm Reagan, and I'm passionate about accompanying individuals on their personal journeys and facilitating transformative experiences. Drawing from specialized training and my own encounters with trauma, marriage, parenting, working with teens, family dynamics, guiding young adults, leading church ministries, and navigating life transitions, I'm dedicated to helping clients navigate their own paths.

In my 20+ year tenure working with youth, I've gained invaluable insights. I'm a parent to three biological sons, an adopted daughter, and we've been adopted by another daughter. I'm particularly attuned to the Alaska Native community, as one of my daughters is Alaska Native.

My commitment is to offer effective, relevant, and innovative mental health support tailored to every stage of your journey. I integrate various therapy approaches, all rooted in a trauma-informed framework. I firmly believe that everyone, including myself, has encountered some form of trauma in their past.

Rather than letting life's challenges overwhelm us, I believe in using them as opportunities for growth and empowerment. Let's schedule a 15-minute consultation to explore how I can support you on your journey.

HOW CAN I GET THE MOST OUT OF THERAPY?

Therapy only works if you keep doing it. You have to actively participate, show vulnerability, and know that a therapist’s job is to help you find an answer, not give you one.

Beyond that, it is important that you discuss how to continue therapeutic growth with your counselor and tell them when things don’t feel like they are working. For example, we can show you 20 methods to calm down when you are anxious…only 1 has to work.

The magic really starts to happen after you get a few sessions in and have developed a good therapeutic relationship.
